Shipping.

We ship via UPS to the continental US. Depending on the product you order, your location, total time from order to receipt of shipment would be approximately 2-5 weeks. After we receive your order we will follow up with an estimated delivery time

 

Shipping outside the continental US is on a case by case basis. Please contact us prior to ordering to determine cost and feasibility.

Returns.

Please notify us that you would like to return an item within 10 days of receipt. 

In order to return a product, contact us qubufurniture@gmail.com,  for a return authorization number. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same like new condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all parts the item came with. It is the Customers responsibility for all shipping costs for a return.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once received we will inspect the item and notify you the status of your return and refund. After inspection, if the item is in like new condition a refund will be issued.If the item shows wear or damage we retain the right to either refuse the return or deduct an amount from the refund that reflects the reduction of value.

Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

 Allow up to four weeks for a refund which includes shipping time, inspection time.

Damaged Items.

Please unpack and inspect your product carefully. Notify us at once if there is any damage caused by shipping, Photograph any damage, including damage to the shipping box.

Email the images to us, with your order number, date of order, date of receipt of order and your contact information. We will work fast to resolve the issue and get you a replacement.
